　　美国水晶湖地区系杀人魔王“杰森”的出生地，由于杀人魔连续残害无辜的善良百姓，警方于是布下天罗地网，终于将杰森逼至一隅，并以强大的火力将他击成碎片。警方人员误认杰森已死，便宣布结案，不料杰森藉著验尸官的躯体，再度肆虐。警方经过调查发现杰森以后可能的受害目标便是他的姑姑黛安及表妹蕾贝卡，原因便在杰森可利用亲戚的身体重生，但相对的杰森家人亦拥有摧毁杰森的特异能力。杰森虽然出其不意的杀了黛安，但蕾贝卡却和友人顽强反抗，终于把杰森送入万世沉沦，永劫不复之地狱……
