Flash无法预知某些事即将来临。这些事将彻底推翻Gordon原有的想法。并且引导他走向一条责任重大、胜利连连的道路。

Flash的父亲过去所做的试验导致了一系列危险的后果。当这些不良后果危机到他的时候，Flash的冒险旅程开始了。他总是寻求前女友Dale的意见。她是电台记者，同时已与警探Joe Wylee订婚。Dale很快又重新爱上了Flash。

Zaekov，Flash父亲的性情古怪的助理也找到了Flash。Zarkov一直都对跨空间入口宇宙有所警惕。这个入口好比宇宙空间的一滴眼泪，并且是Flash的父亲曾一直想要创造出的黑夜之火。

这项发明会成为Falsh所面对的最令他兴奋的事。
